I am a Canadian who grew up in Texas. I am a first time mom to a baby boy . I am married to a great guy. My husband is a US Navy Veteran and we are both currently students. I am a stay at home mom but hate the term so I call myself a domestic engineer. I am currently a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online studying for my associates of graphic design. I have always considered myself a comic book nerd and want to draw comics one day. I have a very interesting life having moved around a lot and seen many things, many cultures and enjoy life. I struggled with having a hard childhood having been abused. I hope to one day start an orgainization to help children of abuse learn to cope with using art to vent like I did. Right now my family are struggling fiancially and we try not to let it effect our happiness. I try to find the humor in being considered a low income family because it takes the pain out of using coffee maker filters as toilet paper when we can't buy gas to get to the store to buy dollar store brand toilet paper. I do know someday when we can buy afford 2 or even 3 ply toilet paper I will look back and say "Wow we really made it'
