The trials and turbulations of an angry domestic engineer

Hello, let us get better acquainted. My name is Terrilyn Alaniz, I am a stay at home mom who really hates the term, stay at home mom, so I prefer to glamorize that term by calling myself a Domestic Engineer. It’s a new role to me and every day I learn something new about parenting and doing my motherly- wife duties. I am a graphic art student as well with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division. I try my best to find the humor in everyday life. I find humor takes the sting out of being considered a low income family. I would really like to tell my story because I’m sure I’m not the only person out there in a situation like this and maybe sharing the humor in the hard times with the economy will make someone out there feel better. Life is hard but there is always someone out there a bit worse off than the next person. I want to share my daily struggles and joys, ups and downs, ins and outs.
